KEYSTONE REPO PROPERTIES

Basic instructions:

To purchase one of these properties

  1. An offer must be taken in writing, in Piramide Real Estate Brokers's contract. 
  2. The offer must be accompanied by a Money instrument (check, money order, etc. ) as a good faith deposit, in the name of Piramide Real Estate Brokers, for 5% of the purchase price, or other to be determined by Piramide.
  3. A qualifying letter from the financing bank, or proof of funds if cash purchase, must be included.
  4. Piramide will submit the offer to Keystone.  Keystone may:
    1. Accept the offer
    2. Respond with a counter offer
    3. Not respond
  5. Simultaneous offers WILL BE entertained
  6. The negotiation process will continue until a meeting of minds occurs with a buyer, when
  7. The Piramide contract will be substituted by a Keystone contract.
  8. Buyer is responsible for carrying out all bank negotiations.
  9. Speed is of the essence.
  10. Moneys from unsuccessful offers will be returned.

OTHERS:

  1. The house is sold in "as is" condition
  2. All negotiations with Keystone are conducted exclusively by Piramide Real Estate Brokers through the appropriate web site.
  3. Co-brokes are welcome

 

PROPIEDADES REPOSEIDAS DE KEYSTONE

Instrucciones básicas:

Para la compra de una de estas propiedades

  1. Lo oferta se debe hacer por escrito, utilizando los documentos de Pirámide Real Estate Brokers
  2. La oferta debe acompañarse  de un instrumento monetario (Cheque de cajero, order monetaria, etc.) como depósito de buena Fe, por el 5% del valor de la oferta, o monto a ser determinado por Piramide.
  3. Debe acompañarse carta de qualificación del banco, o carta evidenciando fondos en caso de compra al contado.
  4. Pirámide someterá toda oferta a Keystone.  Keystone puede:
    1. Aceptar la oferta
    2. Contraofertar
    3. No reponder
  5. Se Negociarán ofertas simultanear.
  6. El proceso de negociación continuará hasta que las partes se pongan de acuerdo. Entoncs:
  7. El contrato de Pirámide se substituirá por uno de Keystone.
  8. El comprador es responsable de sus negociaciones con el banco.
  9. Es necesario actuar con prontitud.
  10. Se regresará los fondos de ofertan no aceptadas.

OTROS:

  1. La propiedad se vende "como está"
  2. Las negociaciones con Keystone serán conducidas exclusivamente por Pirámide Real Estate Brokers, a través del mecanismo establecido en la Internet.
