Acre: Surface measure unit,
1 acre = 4,047 mt²

Apartment: unit in a building, for sale or rent, with or without elevator (lift).

Cuerda: Surface measure unit,
1 cuerda = 3,936.39 mt²

Duplex:  a) A two level apartment.     b) A property with 2 independent units, usually one or both units for rent.

Garden: 1st floor apartment

Square foot: Surface measure unit.
1 sq ft = .092 mt²

Square meter: Surface measure,
1 mt² = 10,76 sq ft

Penthouse:  Highest apartment in a building.  Usually has a right to use the roof.

Ramp level:  Apartment on the same level as the parking.

Townhouse: House sharing both lateral walls with another house. i.e. no lateral garden (unless corner unit).

Walk-up:  Apartment without elevator (lift)

Pie cuadrado (Square foot) Medida de superficie: 1 sq ft = .092 mt²

Ramp level: Apartamento al nivel del estacionamiento

Terrera:  Casa de 1 piso sin escaleras

Townhouse:  casa que comparte ambas paredes laterales con otra casa, sin jardín lateral.

Walk-up: Apartamento sin ascensor
